Janine Burchett |
Janine Burchett trained at Toi Whakaari NZ Drama School and was nominated as NZ’s Most Promising Actress in 1998. Janine worked extensively in
NZ theatre and television before moving to Sydney in 2002 to play Mrs Darling/Tinkerbell in Peter Pan. She co-devised the play 'Convict Women', which
was awarded an Enerco Australian Cultural Award and taught for The Sydney Dance Co. and the Australian Academy of Dramatic Art. Janine wrote and
produced the multiple international award winning children's film Gabriel, which continues to screen at film festivals around the world.
