| Georgia Wood is a singer, actress and voice coach. A graduate of the University of Auckland and Toi Whakaari The New Zealand Drama School, her vocal career encompasses musical theatre and a one-woman rock-opera, acappella and big band vocal harmony groups, lullabies, soul, cabaret, funk, r'n’b, and jazz. Her passion for the voice has led her to study bio-laryngeal mechanics with Cheryl McLeay and sound healing with Chris James and Karina Schelde, and her understanding and empathy of the courage it takes to express vocally with oneself as the instrument, makes her an excellent vocal facilitator. |
