| Maylene Baker started dancing at three years old, studying ballet, jazz and tap. Maylene graduated from Millikan High School in Long Beach, California. Whilst there she took up cheerleading alongside her advanced dance studies. Upon returning to NZ to attend Auckland University, she danced at Burgundy’s, performed as a foundation cheerleader for the Warriors and managed the Sky City Cheer Team. Maylene has lived in Sydney, London and New York, furthering her studies in all of these cities. Maylene has recently ‘hung up her performing shoes” and now enjoys passing on what she has learnt and getting creative with her choreography. |
