Enrolment Information

As class numbers are strictly limited, we strongly advise that you enrol at least 7 days before the start of each course or term. If you wish to enrol for the full year to ensure your place please call 845 0290.

We will confirm receipt of your internet enrolment within 3 working days, if you do not receive an emailed reply from us, please call us to be sure we have successfully received your enrolment via our website.

DISCOUNTS - A student or family enrolling in more than one class per term receive a 10% discount on additional, lower priced classes.
CERTIFICATES - Certificates are given out at the end of the year to children and teenagers or upon request for adult students.
CALL FOR MEMBERS - A large and supportive membership of PAS of NZ Inc. helps to ensure our ongoing development and success. Please include a $10 tax deductible membership fee with your first enrolment in 2010.

We do not confirm enrolments - if unsure please call us on 845 0290. We will advise you if your selected class is full and you are unable to gain a place.
PAS reserves the right to change a tutor if he/she becomes unavailable and to discontinue any class not sufficiently supported.
There are no refunds or casual rates.
Receipts will be issued upon request only.
When course fees exceed $300, an extension of credit may be negotiated.
Please wear comfortable loose clothing for your class.
There are no classes on public holidays and long weekends.

* waitlisted - this means the class is currently full from the previous term. Our policy is to allow our current students to re-enrol up until the last day of term. If spaces then become availble we will then process waitlisted students in the order they have been received. We will contact you via email in the first week of the holidays, to check if you would still like a place, and at that time we will request full payment of fees.

* full - this means the class has reached maximum numbers. Please still register your interest with us, as we sometimes have places become available during the first couple of weeks of term. We can also talk through other possibilities on the timetable that may be suitable as an alternative class.
