Clare Battersby

Clare Battersby (Graduate Dip Movement & Dance) is one of NZ’s most experienced dance educators, and one of our very treasured long-term tutors. She has taught young children in Auckland for over 15 years. We see these same people stepping forward as adults skilled and creative into the world of teaching and performing arts. Several of her previous students have taught back on the PASNZ programme! Clare also creates and performs her own delightful outdoor events for children. She says, “I love to encourage children to express their natural desire to leap for the stars, roll across the earth and run through empty spaces.”
