This is a challenging physical course that focuses on the techniques used by circus performers on the ground and in the air. Through physical warm-ups, acrobatics and tumbling, you will develop your motor skills, strength, flexibility and endurance. You will experience the thrill of practising new skills on a suspended circus rig that includes static trapeze (single and double trapezes that do not swing), lyra (hanging hoop) and aerial silks (hanging stretch fabric).

Balance Acro

Come on board for this all round group work, fitness and fun session. Balance Acro is about learning coordination and extreme movement skills. It is designed for adult actors, dancers, street performers and those who always secretly had a desire to join the circus! Each Balance Acro session progresses you through a warm up, balance skills and a range of circus arts physical skills elements. Watch the way you increase precision, strength, partner work and motor skills coordination. Definitely worth a try out!
